Sexual Violence Support Group for Women
You are not alone.
In this compassionate space, we stand together in solidarity with women who have experienced the trauma of sexual violence. We acknowledge the pain of abuse/ assault but also the weight of societal oppression and sexism that often silences our voices and diminishes our worth.
This ongoing support group offers a refuge where you can heal on your own terms, free from judgment or shame. Here, we create a space where you are seen, heard, and believed—where your experiences are honored, and your strength is celebrated. Together, we break the silence, dismantle the stigma, and reclaim our power.
Whether you're ready to share your story or just need a place to breathe, we’re here for you. In each meeting, you will find empathy, understanding, and connection with others who know the weight of living in a world that so often diminishes our experiences as women. Here, your journey toward healing is respected and cared for.
It is possible to be free from fear, to reclaim your dignity, and to find peace. Join us as we heal, rise, and empower one another—every step of the way.
Sexual Violence Support Group for Men
Sexual violence can leave scars that are hard to see, and as a man, it may feel especially difficult to speak out or seek help. Our society can invalidate and complicate sexual perpetration of men — often making it a disenfranchised experience. Our support group is a confidential space where male survivors can connect with others who understand the complexity of their experiences.
We know that men face unique challenges in healing from sexual trauma—society often discourages vulnerability and dismisses your pain, leaving you to carry the weight alone. In this group, we actively dismantle the stigma and encourage you to speak your truth, without fear of judgment or misunderstanding. This is a space where your strength and your struggles are both acknowledged.
Whether you're ready to share your story or simply need to listen, this group offers support and solidarity. Together, we’ll navigate the path toward healing, creating a space of empowerment, hope, and connection as we walk this journey together.
Maternal Rage Support Group for Moms
As a mom, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed—by the endless responsibilities, the emotional rollercoaster, and the constant pressure to be everything to everyone. Sometimes, those feelings of frustration, exhaustion, and rage can feel impossible to manage.
But here’s the truth: You are not wrong for feeling angry. Anger is not a character flaw; it’s a natural emotion that signals something needs to change. Too often, moms are made to feel ashamed of their anger, as if it's a reflection of personal failure. Anger, while uncomfortable, is a powerful signal. Together, we break down that shame and make space for you to feel all your feelings and enact change.
This group is a safe, understanding space for moms to connect, share, and navigate the complexities of these emotions. Here, we acknowledge the deep frustration that comes from unmet needs—whether it’s a lack of time for yourself, feeling unsupported, or struggling to balance the demands of family, work, and personal life. We also recognize how easily our expectations can get misaligned with the reality of motherhood, leading to feelings of inadequacy and burnout.
Whether it’s the daily stresses of parenting, feeling unheard, or confronting the pressure to be perfect, this is a space where you can be real. Here, you will find solidarity and empathy from other moms who understand. Together, we’ll uncover new strategies for self-care, find ways to reset expectations, and nurture a healthier relationship with both yourself and your loved ones.
You deserve support, understanding, and space to breathe. You deserve to have your needs acknowledged, and to feel aligned with the beautiful, imperfect reality of motherhood. Join us as we journey together, finding peace amidst the chaos, and moving from frustration to empowerment.
